Well first off thank you for your interest in me and my site:
Naturally I am empath, a person whom has been on my own spiritual path, undergone my own healing journey, as well as support many with theirs. My innate abilities allow me to tune into others and support them to reach a place of emotional balance and satisfaction. I strongly believe in healing through; body work, talking therapies, crystals, using cards to support direction and decision making along with listening to our bodies natural vibrations and energies to guide our paths.
I consider myself as a lightworker. I am driven towards serving others. From a young age people would naturally gravitate towards me & emotionally connect with me. Since then I have continued to provide various types of support to help those in need including Spiritual Healing, Social & Youth Work.
My focal point of support now, is on entwining the ‘Mind Body and Spirit’ back to balance. Often we don’t sometimes realise how affected our physical bodies can be through our past sufferings, emotions and stress. These energetic sources can get stored into pockets within our bodies and attribute to physical discomfort and emotional well-being issues. With my intuitive powers I aim to sense these energy shifts and emotions stored within the physical body, relief tension and transmit you back to a place of balance and harmony.
SOUL, PEOPLE & LOVE.
I am able to hold a safe space for others, free from judgment and filled with kindness to support elevating the pain, to be positive and support others through their struggles. Although, I believe that true healing comes from within, I also believe that we all need to hear and feel the energy/message that “you are not alone” and can be supported on their journey. Sometimes we simply need that guidance or healing from an outsider to be guided back to our inner voice to gain more clarity about what is really needed in our lives and that is ok, I am here to help.
